1. Return Eligibility

✅ We Accept Returns For:

  • Unopened, unused products in original packaging
  • Defective/damaged products (must report within 7 days)
  • Wrong items shipped (our mistake)

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Sale/discounted items (unless defective)

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us within 7 days of delivery at:

  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Product photos/video (if damaged/wrong item)
  3. We’ll email you a Return (RN) number if approved

3. Refund Process

🔹 Approved Returns: Refund processed within 5-7 business days
🔹 Refund Method: Original payment mode (except COD)
🔹 COD Orders: Bank transfer refund (share account details in email)

Note: Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.


4. Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.


5. Damaged/Defective Products

If you receive a damaged item:

  1. Take clear photos/video within 48 hours
  2. Email us with order/invoice # details
  3. We’ll arrange replacement or refund

Important Notes

• All cosmetics are for external use only – perform patch test before use
• Sale items are final sale unless defective
• We reserve the right to reject returns that don’t meet our policy
